Happy Happy Valentine's Day.!

バレンタインです！ガトーショコラに初挑戦。と言うのは、レシピを見たら以外に簡単そうで。最初にしては上出来です。友達も家族も大喜び、あっという間に無くなっちゃいました。

Valentine's Day is coming! In Japan, only girls give CHOCOLATES to boys or girls. So, if you were a unlcuky boy, this day would be tough, haha. To be fair, there is a day one month later called White day that Japanese made up. Girls are paid back! Anyway, I first time baked Gateau au Chocolat cake. It's sorta chocolate cake but heavier and thick. It's actually easy to make it and it went pretty good. I gave it to my friends and family and my cake definitely made them happpy! yay!
